How to Order
Please have your proof or order form, provided by the establishment, on hand. This form will be given to you between 10 and 14 business days after your photo is taken.
If you have not received your proof after 20 business days: Please contact us. During peak seasons (fall and spring), the processing times may be longer. Thank you for your patience.
Steps to order your photos:

Access the ordering platform:
Click on “Order your photos here.” It is recommended to use a computer for easier navigation, although the platform is also compatible with mobile phones.

Enter your codes:
Carefully enter the letters and numbers from your proof into the corresponding fields. Note: A typing error or an extra space will prevent you from accessing your photos, and you will need to start over.

Accept the terms of use:
After accepting the terms of use, you will be redirected to the store's homepage.

Choose your photos:
Go to the “My Photos” section.
If you have specific requests, you can contact us at info@lafabriquephoto.com.

View your photos:
Click on the photo or “View more” to enlarge it.

Select your products:

Paper photo sets
Click on the desired photo, then select “Select a set” from the drop-down menu on the right.
Choose your package for the selected pose, indicate the desired quantity, and add to your cart.
To add a different pose, repeat the process: select the second pose, choose a set, indicate the quantity as needed, and then add to your cart.

Electronic Package:
Select and click on your first pose, then select the Z package and add it to the cart only once.
If you choose an electronic package with two or more poses, select only the first pose, then choose your Z2, Z3, Z4, or Z5 package and add to the cart.
Important: You will need to enter your additional poses in the “Electronic Package” box in the Personal Information section.

Review your order:
Once your items are added to the cart, click on the Cart icon in the top right to view your order.
You can adjust your selection if needed, then click on “Proceed to checkout.”

Enter your personal information:
Correctly enter your child’s name and group.
Be sure to enter a valid email address, as you will receive an order confirmation.
If you selected an electronic package (Z2, Z3, Z4, or Z5), don’t forget to enter the pose numbers in the designated field.

Complete your purchase:
Make sure all the information is correct before proceeding to payment.
